Open Programme courses
By completing and sending your booking form you are entering into a contract to attend the courses and pay the advertised fee in full.
Billing & Cancellation
You / your organisation will be billed before or after the course, and must pay within 30 days of receipt.
Cancellation must be made in writing / by email.
Should you cancel more than 28 days before the course takes place you will not be billed.
Cancellation less than 28 days but 14 or more days before the course is due to take place, will mean that a bill for half the advertised fee will be sent.
Cancellation less than 14 days before the course is due to take place, or failure to attend the course will mean that a bill for the full fee will be sent.
Substitutions
If you cannot attend it is fine to send a colleague in your place, so long as we are given notice.
In-House Courses
Billing & Cancellation
Payment strictly within 30 days of presentation of invoice. If Purchase Orders are required on invoices these should be provided before the training / consultancy takes place. (Surcharges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts [Interest] Act 1998 may be made in the event of late payment.)
Cancellation of work 4 weeks or more prior to the first day of agreed work will incur no charges whatsoever.
Cancellation of the work less than 3 weeks and 6 days but more than 2 weeks prior to the first day of agreed work will incur half the agreed charges, unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance.
Cancellation of the contract less than 2 weeks prior to the first day of agreed work will incur the agreed charges in full, unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance.
MOSAIC Training & Consultancy Ltd endeavours to keep expenses charged to its customers at a minimum by, for example, purchasing travel tickets and hotel accommodation in advance to secure the best prices. Where such costs are non-refundable we have no alternative but to charge customers for these if courses are cancelled.
On any day of any staff training course, where the agreed minimum number of participants is not gathered in the venue 30 minutes after the agreed starting time, MOSAIC Training & Consultancy reserves the right to cancel subsequent work and charge the full amount due for that and any other day(s) of the course.
Rearrangement of dates will incur charges according to the same structure, unless these are waived by MOSAIC Training & Consultancy, without prejudice.
