The course will cover:
- Explaining the role and responsibilities of designated safeguarding leads
- Identifying working practices that should be embedded to reflect good practice in safeguarding
- Answering legislation questions related to safeguarding and protection from abuse
- Discussing scenarios that should be raised as safeguarding alerts
- Detailing the responsibilities of providers and other agencies when a safeguarding concern and a safeguarding alert have been raised
This is a live online (Zoom) course delivered over a full day.
