Very interesting & thorough. Excellent facilitation. Learned loads!!
Excellent training as always from MOSAIC.
The facilitator was very knowledgeable and made the day interesting and of benefit to my work.
Really mind-blowing what I have learned. Never heard of ketones other that mephedrone. Now I have a lot more knowledge on other legal highs.
Has given me a good overview on a subject I had little knowledge of. Will be much more aware in future and plan to look further into this.
Course exceeded my expectations and I left feeling that if / when service users presented with these issues I would be suitably equipped to work with them.

We have always found Mosaic, especially Stephen McCaig the Co-ordinator, to be very professional in delivering relevant training courses. He is very engaging and manages to include and motivate all participants in training. Feedback from the courses is always positive and we will continue to choose Mosaic to facilitate particular courses for our drug practitioners.

We’ve been using Mosaic to run in house training for us for some years. They know the sector well so their training is always relevant and they are happy to discuss and amend the content so that the training is appropriate. The feedback from staff is always very positive. They respond quickly to any emails or phone calls and their administration is very efficient. Overall I find them a really good organisation to work with and look forward to working with them in the future.

The learning and development support that MOSAIC have provided Broadway has been on two key levels:
1) on the culture of the organisation, the way we work with people and how our staff manage and reflect on their practice
2) and most importantly, on practically supporting us develop our approaches to client work through training and playing the role of “critical friend”
The practical difference MOSAIC can make to those working with homeless and vulnerable people is immense.
Richard Banks
Deputy Director of HR & Head of Organisational Development,
Broadway Homelessness and Support
It has been practical and informative and easily accessible. Given me new ideas, techniques to work with clients.
I liked the quizzes. They got me thinking and challenged old ideas.
I have a clear view of what SFBT is and will use some of the techniques in my practice, especially scaling questions.
Previously attended a course and my knowledge was basic. I feel that I understand more now: what it is, and how and when to use it.
What I liked most was the relaxed atmosphere. Trainer also used lots of examples when explaining aspects of the model which enabled me to relate and understand better.
Lots of different group work sessions interspersed with input from trainer.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, 15 & 16 February 2010, Inclusion, Stafford
Course content relevant to my role and I feel able to apply skills that I have learned... was a great facilitator – Thank you. Fascinating intervention.
Good Course. Right at the centre of my work practice. Brings up interesting questions also about the equality / power dynamics in the client-worker relationship.

Made me challenge my existing thoughts and beliefs.
Safeguarding Adults, Stonham, 9 September 2009, Taunton
The trainer kept us involved at all times. He was very understanding and made a sensitive / hard subject enjoyable to learn about. I have enjoyed today. Thank you.
Safeguarding Adults, Stonham, 10 September 2009, Swindon
Excellent 2 days, learned a lot from watching the trainer, how he controlled the flow of the sessions and his personal style. Really good.
The trainer was competent, knowledgeable and worked at a good pace. The way he was integrated but “in charge” on both days made me have absolute faith in his knowledge, while we all stuck to boundaries and learned lots. I will try to apply that approach in my style – boundaried but humorous. Good balance.
Very knowledgeable, inspiring and enjoyable – I look forward to unleashing myself on trainees.
I will be delivering training for my organisation in the near future and will be utilising a lot of what I have learned over the 2 days.
I found the trainer created a space that made it feel safe to practice.
I feel more confident to try different techniques and better prepared for all situations regarding training.
Really helpful course covering everything appertaining to training... went out of his way to answer all questions.
