Eligibility for Benefits and Social Housing

Courses can be tailor-made from the following elements:
- Explaining the importance of immigration status in assessing entitlements to benefits and housing
- Identifying which people can seek assistance when homeless and/or join the ‘waiting list’
- Stating which ‘Europeans’ are entitled to public funds
- The residence rules affecting entitlement to benefits
- Identifying those who can receive assistance from Social Services when ineligible for public funds
- Determining which 'former asylum seekers' are entitled to public funds
