The course is ideal for chefs/cooks, kitchen helpers and anyone involved in the safe preparation and storage of food.
Courses cover the following areas:
- The importance of food hygiene
- Microbiology and illness
- Contamination and prevention of illness
- Personal hygiene
- Construction & design of food premises
- Food pests
- Cleaning and disinfection
- Food safety control
The course is tested by a multiple choice at the end of training.
