Managing Aggressive Behaviour
Usual course length: 1-2 days

- Looking at aggressive behaviour in terms of build-up – incident – aftermath
- Exploring the factors which lead to aggression in projects, and how staff can help or hinder
- Examining case studies and participants’ own experiences for examples of best practice, stressing the importance of team working

- Legal issues with regard to reasonable force and restraint
