Communication Skills
Usual course length: 1-2 days

- Understanding the principles of effective communication in client work – verbal and non-verbal, overt and covert
- Clarifying your own communication style and what influences it
- Learning from prominent theories of communication, especially person-centred approaches such as Transactional Analysis
