Preparing for SP Reviews
Usual course length: 1-2 days

- Understanding what changed in the revised QAF, and relating this to the wider stakeholder context in which you deliver client services
- Examining each of the 5 core standards in turn, and the implications of these for your work
- Clarifying the difference between minimum standards and excellence in service delivery
- Relating current practice in key areas to QAF Performance Standards, identifying any gaps in the process
- Determining necessary actions to improve QAF ratings
