Assessment and Support Planning
Usual course length: 1-2 days

- Defining needs / risk assessment and support planning with reference to the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework (QAF)
- Relating these concepts to best practice in a supportive housing setting
- The necessary steps in needs / risk assessment and drawing up a support plan
- Involving, empowering and motivating clients to achieve their goals
- Working within the boundaries of confidentiality and data protection
