October 2012 session

Our Autumn season started with a bang with a very well-attended session on the Criminal Justice System in September. Thanks to all who attended. Being in the basement, rather than in our usual space at ground level, didn't seem to dampen anyone's enthusiasm!

Our next session will be on Disability Awareness. This session will be led by Forum stalwart Chris Bennett, Housing Advisor at London Probation / Providence Row. He will cover labelling and disability discrimination; how Universal Credit impacts on people with disabilities; the Equalities Act and disability, and issues for organisations to consider when employing people with disabilities.

The session will be held on 24 October at The Connection at St Martins, 12 Adelaide Street, WC2N 4HW, and will run from 2.30-4.30. The nearest Tube stations are Charing Cross and Leicester Square.
The sessions are free to attend but places are limited so you must request a place by emailing us at the address below.

Numbers of places allocated to any one organisation may be restricted to ensure the widest possible representation.

We hope you will be able to attend.
