January 2012 session

Continuing our Communication series, our session on 25 January will be on Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Often it can feel like clients are going round in circles, trapped in the negative. SFBT puts forward the idea that a lot of this negativity can come from the ways we try to help them: focussing on the causes and nature of their problems. SFBT explores exceptions to patterns that highlight clients' existing coping skills and point the way to solutions.

The session will be led by Mosaic Co-ordinator Stephen McCaig and will be held at The Connection at St Martins, 12 Adelaide Street, WC2N 4HW, and will run from 2.30-4.30. The nearest Tube stations are Charing Cross and Leicester Square.

LRF sessions are free to attend but you must request a place by emailing us at the following address:

Numbers of places allocated to any one organisation may be limited to ensure the widest possible representation.

We hope you will be able to attend.
