Mosaic provides strategic and administrative support to LRF.
Since the early 1990s, the London Resettlement Forum has provided free-to-attend sessions for staff who are engaged in helping clients in a range of fields – homelessness, mental health, substance misuse, those involved with the criminal justice system, and others who are vulnerable or marginalised.
Sessions are usually led by invited experts who brief us on developments in the field before inviting discussion and feedback.
Meetings are always very lively, and represent a great opportunity to keep up to date, and share information about ways of working that your own projects are developing.
If you would like more information about any aspect of LRF, please contact Stacey Raymen-Barker, LRF Co-ordinator:

February 2012 session
On 22 December, our session will be on Working With Ex-Service Men and Women (this is a session which has been rescheduled after it was cancelled in December 2011).
We have two great guest speakers to discuss their experiences and work with ex military people. Dennis Benn, from Thames Reach, will be sharing his own experiences as an ex-soldier dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and the work he is currently doing with the homeless.
Julia Broehling is a senior mental health social worker for the MOD, supporting discharged soldiers. She will be explaining the work she does and sharing her knowledge around policy and resources that are available. Both speakers will be exploring some of the issues effecting ex-service people and the challenges facing workers.
Responding to requests in your evaluation forms we are trying to increase opportunities for networking and publicising developments in your organisations, so don’t forget to bring any leaflets or promotional materials that you would like to share with the LRF members.
If you are interested in booking a place for the session please contact us on the email address below as quickly as possible.
This LRF session will be held at The Connection at St Martins, 12 Adelaide Street, WC2N 4HW, and will run from 2.30-4.30. The nearest Tube stations are Charing Cross and Leicester Square.
LRF sessions are free to attend but you must request a place by emailing us at the following address:
lrf@mosaic-training.co.uk
Numbers of places allocated to any one organisation may be limited to ensure the widest possible representation.
We hope you will be able to attend.
